By downloading or using Cash, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer protections and Apple’s applicable terms continue to apply.
Cash is a personal budgeting, salary-cycle planning, transaction-recording, reminder, widget-display, and financial decision-support tool.
No regulated advice or financial service
Cash provides informational tools and mathematical scenarios. It does not provide regulated financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; banking, brokerage, credit, insurance, money transmission, or portfolio-management services; or recommendations for particular investments or transactions.
No bank access or money movement
Cash does not directly connect to or control your bank account and cannot transfer money. Parsing and classifications may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review every proposed record before saving.
Your responsibilities
- Use only information you are authorized to use.
- Review calculations, imported text, dates, amounts, classifications, and scenarios.
- Protect your device, passcode, Apple Account, backups, and exported files.
- Use Cash lawfully and maintain independent records where accuracy is important.
Calculations and availability
Budgets, forecasts, safe-to-spend amounts, weekly and salary-cycle summaries, affordability scenarios, pattern detection, widgets, and reminders depend on available data and assumptions. Results are estimates, not guarantees. Features may vary by device, operating system, language, currency, region, and subscription status.
Paid access and consumer information
Cash is free to download but does not provide an ongoing functional free tier. Ongoing functional use requires an active monthly or annual subscription.
Before purchase, Cash and Apple should display the service, essential features, localized total price and taxes, billing duration, renewal and cancellation terms, payment arrangements, any introductory offer, and accessible Privacy Policy and Terms links. Apple’s purchase sheet controls the localized price, currency, billing period, and offer displayed for the transaction.
Nothing in these Terms waives mandatory consumer rights. Any statutory cancellation, performance, or refund right that applies to an unused electronic service remains subject to the governing law, actual use, applicable exceptions, and Apple’s role in processing App Store billing.
Subscriptions
Cash offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Both unlock the same complete app; only the billing period differs.
Cash may offer a one-month introductory free trial. It applies only when Apple and StoreKit display it for the selected product, storefront, and eligible Apple Account. If Apple does not display it, no trial applies. Eligibility and redemption limits are determined by Apple.
The subscription renews automatically until canceled. Apple charges the payment method associated with the Apple Account. Deleting Cash does not cancel the subscription. Cancel a displayed free or discounted introductory period at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid renewal.
Access when entitlement is unavailable
If the subscription expires, is revoked, or cannot be verified, existing records remain available in read-only mode. Cash blocks paid creation, editing, and other paid financial mutations before they occur. Deletion and user-controlled data-management actions remain available, together with Restore Purchases, Manage Subscription, Export, Restore Backup, Delete Data, Privacy, Terms, Subscription Terms, and Support. Existing records are not deleted solely because paid access ends.
Intellectual property, updates, and availability
Cash, its software, visual design, text, and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator. You retain ownership of information you enter. Cash may be updated, corrected, changed, or discontinued for security, legal, platform, or product reasons.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact parsing, financial outcomes, savings, investment performance, goal completion, or compatibility with every bank or message format. Nothing excludes or limits liability, remedies, or mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Termination, governing law, and contact
You may stop using Cash and cancel through Apple at any time. The operator may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, misuse prevention, or platform requirements. These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia without limiting mandatory protections applicable in your country or region.
